Customs Fee

If your item exceeds USD $100, it will be subject to a customs inspection, and the charges will be included on your invoice.

Incorrect Address

Please enter the address information exactly as provided, including the label ‘SPRINTJA,’ to avoid delays or the need for a search/transfer. Transfers from Air to Sea will incur a fee.

Rates and Charges

Packages weighing more than 30 lbs will be sent via sea by default, unless otherwise specified.

Dimensional Fee: An additional $10 USD will be charged for dimensions exceeding 50 inches.
